All-inclusive does not always include everything

Ask exactly what the price covers: water, electricity, gas, internet, building fees and sometimes cleaning of common areas. Ask for the breakdown.

Work out the real cost

A 400 € room with bills on top can end up pricier than a 480 € all-inclusive one. Always add up the monthly total before deciding.
